    Physical Conditioning is a class focused towards increasing sport performance through developing more efficient functional and coordinated movement. This improves performance in both athletics and life functionality in general. Our goal is to increase your student's motor fitness by working to improve their muscular power, speed, balance, coordination, accuracy, and agility.
